Malaysian PM visiting Pakistan on March 23, says Foreign Minister Qureshi

Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohammad will visit Pakistan on March 23, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said Friday.

An investment delegation will also be accompanying the Malaysian prime minister, Qureshi said in Multan.

The foreign minister said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will leave for Qatar on January 22. Qatar has promised to give 100,000 jobs to Pakistanis, he added.

Qureshi remarked that Pakistan sought help from friendly countries to restore the economy.

Saudi Arabia had given Pakistan a package of $12 billion, China provided $2 billion and the UAE announced $3 billion for the country, the foreign minister said.

Qureshi said that more job opportunities will be created for the people if the country’s economy is restored and investment poured in.

*لو گ ہر قسم کے ٹیکس دے رہے ہیں مگر ان کا اندراج کہیں نہیں ھوتا ہے جیسے:*
Gas Bill, Kelectric Bill,
Mobile Phone Cards,
Household Purchasing,
Petrol, Diesel, Kerosene,
Purchasing of Gadgets,
Tickets of all Kinds,
Mobile Phones,
Books, Stationaries, toothpaste, soap, food items, vehicle tax, tax on eating in hotels, hotel rooms, (people cannot buy and sell any without paying taxes)
etc etc etc etc.....
*پھر یہ لوگوں کے ٹیکس کا پیسہ FBR اپنی اور سیاستدانوں کی عیاشی پر ماورائے اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل خرچ کیا جاتا ھے۔ لوگوں کا کام ٹیکس دینا ھے اور ٹیکس ڈیپارٹمنٹ کا کام ٹیکس پیئر کی فائلیں ان کے شناختی کارڈ نمبر کے ساتھ بنانا ھے۔*
*سال بھر جمع کروائے گئے ٹیکسوں کی رسید کو ریٹرن کہتے ہیں جو FBR نے ٹیکس پیئرز کو واپس کرنی ھوتی ھے۔*
*مگر FBR نے پوری قوم کو بیوقوف بنارکھا ھے اور ریٹرن الٹا لوگوں سے مانگ رہا ھے۔*
*لوگوں کو بلیک میل کرنے کے لئے گوشوارہ فارم اتنا مشکل بنایا ھوا ھیکہ کالج کا پروفیسرز اسے فل کرنے سے قاصر ھے اور عوام پیسے دے کر کسی پروفیشنل سے مکمل کرواتی ھے۔*
لہذا FBR کو تھانیدار بنانے کی بجائے قوم کا خادم بنایا جائے۔
*گورنمنٹ کیلئے شرم کی بات ھے کہ لوگوں سے لیا گیا سیلز ٹیکس FBR اور کلیکٹرز مل کر کھا جاتے ہیں کیونکہ یہ ٹیکس دینے والے کے نام پر جمع ہی نہیں ھوتا۔*
*لہذا ٹیکس کاٹنے والی دکان، بینک، ھوٹل کو پابند کیا جائے کہ وہ گاہک کے ID نمبر پر جمع کرے اور پکا بل بنا کر دے جو FBR کی سائیٹ سے لنک ھو۔*​

It will be interesting to see as to how it will keep a balance in its relationships with Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Turkey at a given time?

I think so far, Pakistan is doing pretty good. They should be ok as long as they don't poke their nose in any countries internal matters, except to help clear the differences they already have, to promote harmony and brotherhood among them.
