کراچی: شوبز ستاروں اور سابق کرکٹر یونس خان نے بچوں کے ساتھ ہونے والی زیادتیوں کو روکنے اور انہیں آگاہی فراہم کرنے کے لیے صدا بلند کردی۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق کراچی پریس کلب میں ہونے والی پریس کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے معروف اداکارہ ماہرہ خان، زندگی ٹرسٹ کے روح رواں شہزاد رائے ودیگر نے کہا کہ بچوں کو اچھے اور برے انداز میں چھونے سے متعلق آگاہی فراہم کرنی ہے، تعلیمی اداروں کے نصاب میں اس کی موجودگی بہت ضروری ہے۔
زندگی ٹرسٹ کے سی ای او شہزاد رائے کا کہنا تھا کہ بچوں کو آگاہی دینے کے لیے ایک تعلیمی پروگرام ترتیب دیا ہے، حکومت سے بات بھی کی ہے لیکن پنجاب اور خیبرپختونخوا کے تعلیمی اداروں میں ابھی تک اس کا نفاذ نہیں ہوسکا ہے۔
معروف اداکارہ ماہرہ خان نے کہا کہ بچوں زیادتی کے بہت کم واقعات رپورٹ ہوتے ہیں ایسے واقعات کو رپورٹ کرنا ہوگا۔
معروف اداکارہ زیبا بختیار نے کہا کہ 1990 سے بچوں کے ساتھ ہونے والے واقعات کو اٹھا رہی ہوں، اب وقت آگیا ہے کہ اس موضوع پر بحث کی جائے اور والدین اپنے بچوں کی حفاظت کریں۔
قومی کرکٹ ٹیم کے سابق کپتان یونس خان کا کہنا تھا کہ بچوں کے ساتھ ہونے والے زیادتی کے واقعات کو رپورٹ کرنا ہوگا، معاشرے میں اس حوالے سے شعور اجاگر کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
پریس کانفرنس میں شریک سماجی شخصیات نے اس عزم کا اظہار کیا کہ ملکی سطح پر بچوں کے ساتھ ہونے والے زیادتی کے واقعات کی روک تھام کے لیے تمام طبقات کے ساتھ مل کر چلیں گے اور معصوم بچوں کو بہتر مستقبل فراہم کریں گے۔
