Lebanon PM regrets seeking NRO for Sharif family from Musharraf: Fawad

اسلام آباد: (دنیا نیوز) وزیر اطلاعات فواد چودھری کے مطابق لبنان کے وزیراعظم سعد الحریری نے کہا ہے کہ کہ شریف فیملی کو این آر او دلوانا ان کی بڑی غلطی تھی، انہوں نے ایک بھی کمٹمنٹ پوری نہیں کی۔

وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات فواد چودھری نے سماجی رابطوں کی ویب سائٹ ٹویٹر کے ذریعے بتایا ہے کہ وزیراعظم عمران خان اور لبنانی ہم منصب سعد الحریری کے درمیان گزشتہ روز دبئی میں مکالمہ ہوا۔

فواد چودھری نے لکھا کہ وزیراعظم عمران خان نے انھیں بتایا کہ پاکستان میں ایک بار پھر نواز شریف کو این آر او کی بازگشت ہے، سعد الحریری نے دونوں ہاتھ اٹھا کر کہا کہ شریف فیملی کو این آر او دلوانا ان کی بڑی غلطی تھی۔

وزیر اطلاعات کے مطابق اس موقع پر سعد الحریری کا کہنا تھا کہ شریف فیملی نے ایک بھی کمٹمنٹ پوری نہیں کی، شریف فیملی کی وعدہ خلافی سے انہیں سخت شرمندگی ہوئی۔

Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said on Monday that Lebanon’s Prime Minister Saad El-Din Rafik Al-Hariri had regretted playing a role in striking a deal between former premier Nawaz Sharif and ex-president Pervez Musharraf.

While writing on his Twitter handle, Fawad said Prime Minister Imran Khan during his meeting with the Lebanon premier discussed the speculations of any National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO)-like deal with Sharif, on which, Harriri said it was his mistake to request the former military ruler to strike a deal with Sharif.

“The Sharif family did not fulfil it’s commitment due to which I faced embarrassment,” the minister said while quoting the Lebanon prime minister.
