فیصل آباد: انسداد دہشت گردی کی عدالت نے سول جج پر تشدد کرکے زخمی کرنے والے وکیل کو سزا سنا دی۔

فیصل آباد کی عدالت نے ایڈووکیٹ عمران منج کو مجموعی طور پر 18 سال 6 ماہ قید کی سزا سناتے ہوئے ڈھائی لاکھ روپے جرمانہ اور ہرجانہ ادا کرنے کا بھی حکم دیا۔


وکلا تنظیم اپنے ساتھی کی حمایت میں سامنے آگئی اور ڈسٹرکٹ بار ایسوسی ایشن نے ڈویژن بھر میں فیصلے کے خلاف مکمل ہڑتال کا اعلان کردیا۔ وکلا نے کہا کہ 24 گھنٹے میں سوموٹو کے ذریعے سزا کا فیصلہ واپس نہ لیا گیا تو آئندہ کے لائحہ عمل کا اعلان کریں گے۔

ملزم ایڈووکیٹ عمران منج نے 25 اپریل کو جڑانوالہ میں عدالت میں سول جج خالد محمود وڑائچ کو کرسی مار کر سر پھاڑ دیا تھا۔

This is injustice in the name of justice. Assuming that justice was served had that lawyer attacked an ordinary person, would that lawyer get the same punishment for hitting a common citizen? 18 years for hitting some one with a chair?
Judge is what an angel? He received some revelation from the sky that you are above the humanity ? Ki bakwaas a 2 kordhi de choothy khuda.
