Bihari Muslims should have been allowed to settle in Pakistan.Thousands of Bengali Muslims live in Karachi.Bihari Muslims should have been allowed to come to Pakistan but due to internal politics they couldn't.Bangladesh has a responsiblity to treat Biharis as their citizens since they had been living there for decades.
