For examples, pre-arrest bails granted to former Punjab chief minister Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shehbaz by the Lahore High Court, a day before the two were indicted by an accountability court in a corruption case; courts allowed a convicted ex PM NS escape to UK; etc. Now JTK issue....

There are other issues at the moment besides Coronavirus the loans taken by previous govt. Need to be resolved tax collection need to be increased before putting the country in another crisis of reorganization into the presidential system. Everything has its own time. I think presidential system is at least 15- 20 years away.

In current scenario, where there is ample chance that PTI will lose its simple majority in Parliament after conviction of Jahangeer Tareen Khan and Monis Elahi. Imran Khan will have to decide whether he will allow to keep these thugs black mail him or impose emergency and announce referendum. In the mean time, by speedy courts, whoever is convicted using political power to accumulate wealth should be hanged in Public. That should include the judges, Journalist, Military and bureaucrats.

Imran Khan should Nationalize all agricultural land in possession of Waderas anything more than 100 acres. While government keeping the ownership of the Land, distribute this land to farmers as partnership with Government and charge 30% of the sale of the harvest (فصل). In worst case scenario Pakistan will have less politicians, judges, Journalist, Military man to cut its roots.

Otherwise, these thugs will again come into power and make Laws in favor of there criminal activities and keep on sucking the blood of ordinary Pakistanis and ultimately cut the roots of Pakistan so much so that making foreign powers control or even take over Pakistan (May Allah Forbid - Aameen). and Pakistanis will not be able to see a brave leader Like Imran Khan in next 50 years.
