I think it was sethi who took the initiative for PSL which is helping not just the grass root level players but helping to bring the cricket back in Pak....while Dr dabardos and rest kept blaming him for 35 "penchar"... Which never been proven against him.... He did great job as chariman PCB.... On other hand we have ahsan maani who brought Indians to organise PSL ceremony.....
