If it was true than a huge uproar against China must have been heard from around the world specially in times when Anti China sentiments are very high globally due to Corona virus.

the reason why mainstream are quite is because india govt modi is silent on issue. The reason for that there would be pressure on govt too react by people.

Maybe modi govt is writing a script too be unleashed on tv it is difficult too crap talk the situation.

There are rumours suggesting that china has built underground tunnels in india occupied terrority in ladakh.

This could escalate they have upset china by openly condemning them and aiding with US. Also india is coming in the way of CPEC.
