Its sad to see Imran Khan is about to depart from the Govt. However, when I think hard about his tenure, I see he made very big mistakes from day one. Below are some of his mistakes (according to my understanding).

Unprepared for Governance:
PTI took charge of Governance while not being prepared for it. Unlimited test were done before getting to the root of problems. We saw alot of reshuffling in Govt’s ranks and by the time they got a right person for the right job, it was too late. That testing process brought a very bad name to PTI in terms of Governance.
A whole year was spent in showing previous Govt’s used itema getting auctioned. Like Buffalo, cows, cars, and properties.

Khan’s very old workers and political colleagues were left behind while ministeries and roles were given to some new comers (fasli baterey).

Loot Sale on Miniseries;
Most of PTI ministers were incompetent and not right for the jobs. For example Zulfi Bukhari was on Pakistan Tour while being minister too. He had no interest in the betterment of Pakistan. He enjoyed the perks of being minister. Thats it. All of the chief minsters from PTI were the most unfit people for their jobs. Buzdar was like a Sloth (barely seen doing anything and very slow) which Mehmood Khan was like a dummy to act as a Chief minister. He couldnt even act as chief minister.

Khan’s Ego made him lose his Govt;
Khan thought he is now the only option for establishment because Sharifs are out and Zardari is the most currupt. Most of things he left to fix in his next tenure as he was very confident to get the second term too. He was too slow to implement things which could benefit him and could be done quite fast.
He thought everything will be there waiting for him to get fixed as he is now at least there in power for 10 years.

Mishandling Relationships with Army;
Khan became too childish with Establishment and started to take hard stand against Establishment like child being too stubborn with their parents. While he knew they have the power to make or break his Govt.

Agree with all the points you made. An addition to that could be mishandling of TLP protests + the tragedy of Yateem Chowk in Lahore.

But, the thing to note here is that IK hasn't lost an election, he is being removed by the corrupt establishment. He is still extremely popular among the masses.
I feel annoyed by the comments people make when they say we don't deserve him but rather those stooges. The fact is that masses are still behind him. Pakistanis still support him. It is only the corrupt that have ganged up against him to oust him undemocratically.

You must be haraam kor patwari and your likes are buy same haraam kor patwaris. You simply don’t understand there no magic that you have all the answers before winning elections. You don’t know all facts, Imran Khan is fighting against al haraam kor patwaris like Judges, Generals, Media, Politicians, They on Foreign agendas. Stop being PDM Dogs all your life’s.

Agreed..IK make mistakes..and all were make mistakes...IK didn't have simple majority.So can't made basic changes.. After first year..Covid19 captured the whole world.. بار بار عمران خان کو کہا کہ بزدار کی جگہ کسی بندے کے پتر کو لگاؤ مگر عمران خان کے کان پر جوں نہیں رینگی عمران خان کے ویل وشر جس بھی پی ٹی آئی کے عہد ے دار اور بزدار جیسے بندے کے خلاف کچھ کہتے تھے عمران خان الٹا ان کی تعریف اور وہ بھی ناجائز تعریف کر کے انکا دفاع کرتا تھا یہاں بھی شاید پی ٹی آیی کے کچھ ممبرز ہمیں برا بھلا بھی کہتے تھے اور بزدار کو ایک پنجاب تو کیا پاکستان کا سب سے اچھا وزیر اعلئی پیش کرتے تھے۔ سب سے پہلے میں نے اسی فورم پر کہا تھا کہ عمران خان نے بوئنگ کی سیٹ پر سائکل چلانے والے کو بٹھایا ہے اب کریش ہونا لازمی ہے
پی ٹی آئی والو مانو یا نہ مانو مگر عمران خان کی حکومت کی بیڈ گورنس میں اس سائکل چلانے والے پائلٹ کا ہاتھ ہے بزریعہ نانکے گجر اینڈ جٹ کمپنی
عمران خان کو کسی بزدار مانیکے گا جٹ گوجر نے نہیں بنوایا تھا عوام نے اور عمران خان کے ووٹرز نے بنوایا تھا
جب عمران خان نے اپنی کسی نامزد ممبر اسمبلی سے اس کئے استعفئی لے لیا تھا کہ اس نے بشرا کے بارے میں صرف کوئی معمولی سا کہا تھا کہ جس سے بشرا کی توہین کا بھی کوئی پہلو نہیں نکلتا تھا مگر اس کی اتنی سی بات سے اس ممبر سے استعفی لے لیا گیا اس دن میں نے یہیں اسی فورم پر یہ لہا تھا کہ عمران خان اس روحانی فراڈ کی پٹی اتارو اور ہوش کے ناخن لو یہ کوئی توہین ا صحابہ کرام نعوز باللہ نہیں ہوگئی کہ اس طرح ایک جمہوری پارٹی میں استعفی لیا جارہا ئے اس دن اسی فورم پر پی ٹی آیی ہی کے ممبرز سے میری مونہہ ماری بھی ہوئی تھی بحر حال اد وقت عمران مشکل میں ہے اور میں بجایے اس کے فیصلوں کو کریٹیسائز کرنے کے اس وقت صرف اس کا ساتھ دینا ہے۔ انشا اللہ
اور جو بھی بہت سارے غلط فیصلے غلط ترجیحات جو کچھ بھی ہوا اس پر پھر کبھی بات ہوگی لیکن افسوس ریے گا کہ باجوے جیسے ۔۔۔۔ کا ہم لوگوں نے ناجائز اور آف دی وے دفاع کیا پی ٹی آیی والو ایک بات اور قاضی فائز عیسی سے پی ٹی آیی والوں نے ناجائز پنگا کیا اس نے تو صرف ان حرام خوروں فراڈیوں جرنیکوں کو ننگا کیا انکی اوقات دکھائی تھی مگر ان بے ا غیرتوں چور اور امریکہ کے پالتو جرنیلوں کے دفاع میں پی ٹی آئی والوں کو خوامخواہ گھسیٹ کر ان سے فائز عیسی کی محافظ آرائی کرائی ان جرنیلوں ورنہ پی ٹی ائی کا تو کو ئی کیس نہیں تھا وہ فیصلہ جرنیلوں اور انکی حرام زدگیوں کے خلاف تھا جن کو فائز عیسی نے ننگا کیا تھا اور پی ٹی آئی بیگانی شادی میں ٹوٹ پڑی۔ اس معاملے میں فائز عیسی بالکل درست تھا یہ جرنیل ہی ۔۔۔۔ ہیں۔ اصل ملک دشمن اور کرپٹ چور فراڈئے یہ جرنیل ہیں جج تو انکے مقابلے میں فرشتے ہی ثابت ہونگے جب ان چوروں فراڈیوں جرنیلوں کی مزید چوریاں اور حرام خوروں کی اصلیت پتہ چلے گی

لیکن بزدار کے چند کارنامے بزدار مانیکوں گوجروں جٹ نے آئی جی درانی کو استعفے پر مجبور کیا کوئی پولیس آفیسر ٹکنے نہ دیا ریفارم نہ ہونے دیں نہ ہی پٹواری سسٹم ٹھیک کیا نہ ہی صحت ، عمران خان نے ہیلتھ کارڈ دیا ، پناہ گاہیں دیں اور بہت کچھ کیا
لیکن جو بہت کچھ کرنا چاہیے تھا اس پر کچھ نا کیا اس پر اگلی نشست میں کچھ بات کریں گے
