It can only become law if signed by CM Buzdar. IK stopped that from happening and asking for a rethink of the whole thing. CM Buzdar has the power to send it back for reconsideration or amendments

You might be right that CM has right to reconsider or amend any bill but r u sure he hasnt sign the bill yet? He has already signed the bill and sent it to governor house to sign it. ( bill cant go to the governor house before cm signed) imran khan instructed to governor not to sign the bill but governor doesnt have power to stop the bill after 18 amendment.
