For the 5th time in 72 year Pakistani history, an Army General is relieved from any responsibility for committing the national crime of abrogating the Constitution - a piece of toilet paper.


So, I am confused, If Generals consider constitution a mere piece of toilet paper then what their Jawans are laying lives for?

And, this is an open admission on Prime Time Tv by three largest political parties and the News Media that Army violated its oath and forced/pressurized/negotiated/bargained/etc the extension of its Army Chief with politicians.

Where are we heading this country ?

Imposition of Emergency is a part of constitutional provisions. Question raised in the appeal to the verdict of special court is whether that emergency order was extra-constitutional or not.
Further the provision in 18th amendment that the decision of the special court cannot be challenged in any court violates the basic principles of justice and constitution.
These were the questions raised besides the legality and conduct of special court.
Now the courts have to decide the legal and procedural/mistrial issues. There is nothing whatsoever about disrespecting or disobeying the constitution. Stop playing Bholi Bano; that you don't understand this.

Please do not put words into other's mouth to carry out false and evil propaganda. To say the least it is a pathetic and dishonest act. Stop cheating yourself nor try to cheat others.

One can only have a constitution if there is a country Without country there can be no constitution and without strong army there can not be a country. constitution can be changed discarded and new one introduced Every country that has a written one have changed theirs by amendments.
