اسلام آباد: سابق چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان افتخار چوہدری نے کہا ہے کہ ریکوڈک کا فیصلہ انھوں نے تنہا نہیں، سپریم کورٹ کے دو ججز کے ساتھ بیٹھ کر کیا.

ان خیالات کا اطہار انھوں نے اے آر وائی نیوز کے پروگرام اعتراض ہے میں خصوصی گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کیا. ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ہم جو بھی کام کرتے ہیں آئین و قانون کے مطابق کرتے ہیں.

سابق چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ ریکوڈک کے معاملے کی تحقیقات1993 سے ہونی چاہیے، ریکوڈک میں ایک ہزار ارب ڈالر مالیت کے ذخائر ہیں.

جسٹس (ر) افتخار چوہدری نے کہا کہ ریکوڈک میں جو کرپشن کی گئی، وہ بہت بڑی ہے، ریکوڈک میں دریافت ہوچکی ہے، رپورٹ موجود ہے، یہ کامیابی ہے.

سابق چیف جسٹس کا کہنا تھا کہ ججز کے فیصلوں کو چیلنج کرنے سے انارکی پیدا ہوگی، آئین کے تحت سابق جج کسی کمیشن کےسامنے پیش نہیں ہوسکتا.

انھوں نے ایک سوال کے جواب میں کہا کہ اسٹیل مل کےخریداروں کا بھارتیوں کے ساتھ گٹھ جوڑ تھا، اکیس ارب روپے میں فروخت نقصان کا سودا ہوتا۔

کلبھوشن یادیو کیس سے متعلق ان کا کہنا تھا کہ بھارتی جاسوس کو عالمی عدالت سے قونصلر رسائی نہیں ملنی چاہیے تھی.

کلبھوشن کیس میں نظرثانی کامعاملہ پاکستان کی عدالت کرے گی، پاکستان کی عدالت کے فیصلےکودنیا کو ماننا پڑے گا، ملٹری کورٹس کی سزا پر عدالت عظمیٰ سے بھی توثیق کی نظیریں ہیں.

خیال رہے کہ ثالثی عدالت کی جانب سے ریکوڈک کیس میں بین الاقوامی کمپنی کو بھاری ہرجانہ دینے کا حکم دینے کے بعد حکومتی وزرا اور تجزیہ کاروں کی جانب سے اس فیصلہ کو تنقید کا نشانہ بنایا گیا تھا۔
