Dear Thread starter, though HIV is a v.serious case for any life but how can one start shouting to the Govt. as only sole responsible for this ?

There are no PTI pujaris.PPP has ruled Sindh for decades but it did nothing to improve the health system in Sindh.Goon League also ignore the health sector in Punjab.PTI has been in power for a short time so We need to give it time to make reforms in health sector.The big problem in Pakistan is implementation of law.Thousands of fake doctors and unqualified dentists and pharmacists are working all over Pakistan and the authorities can't or don't want to take any action against them.There is no check on medical clinics which use the same syringes again and again.The hygiene is very poor in these clinics which is spreading diseases.
