کراچی (نیوز ڈیسک) فلپائن کے صدر روڈریگو ڈوٹرٹ نے عام عوام کو دعوت دی ہے کہ وہ ایسے سرکاری ملازمین کو گولی مار دیں جو رشوت لیتے ہوں اور کرپشن میں ملوث ہوں، تاہم انہیں قتل نہ کریں، صرف زخمی کر دیں۔

سخت گیر صدر نے عوام سے وعدہ کیا ہے کہ اس اقدام پر انہیں جیل نہیں جانے دیں گے۔ غیر ملکی میڈیا کی رپورٹ کے مطابق، صدر نے عوام نے سے کہا ہے کہ احتیاط سے کام لیتے ہوئے راشی اور بدعنوان افسر کو گولی مار کر زخمی کرنا ہے، کیونکہ اس کی ہلاکت کی صورت میں ملکی قوانین مجھے اس بات کی اجازت نہیں دیتے کہ میں قتل کرنے والے کو معاف کر دوں۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ ٹیکس، فیس کی ادائیگی کے معاملے میں یا کوئی سرٹیفکیٹ یا دستاویز بنوانے کیلئے اگر کوئی سرکاری ملازم آپ سے رشوت طلب کرے تو ہتھیار ہونے کی صورت میں آپ اسے گولی مار سکتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ میں وعدہ کرتا ہوں کہ آپ کو جیل جانے نہیں دوں گا، آپ کو صرف جسمانی سزا ملے گی۔ واضح رہے کہ فلپائنی صدر کو مزاحیہ جملوں کی وجہ سے پہچانا جاتا ہے۔

Killing without trial is inhuman, what stops him from running speedy trial and kill?

You are not living in Jangal Ka Qanoon...Yes you can change the laws of the country..to hanged..drugs lords.. corrupt peoples..but can't kill or ask to kill without any legal trials...Who can allow to kill drugs addicted peoples who are already helpless..If being a King..you can't change your country laws...then how you kill innocent also along with the criminals?..
