There are no hospitals in Pakistan that can treat a low platelet count? Agha Khan, Shifa, PIMS, SKMT, CMH, National Hospital....all are state of the art. And there are lots more.
If Nawaz is sent abroad on the pretext of treatment, it will be a major blow to the govt.
