Govt claims to have saved Rs140 mn in five months under austerity campaign

As per this news the daily expenses of PM house are Rs3360.64 million. Are we saying IK saved less than a week's worth expenses of PM house? BTW the claim of saving is whole govt not just PM house. Is this a joke or shared wrong information?
