General Bajwa can change the system!

It is no secret now that the Army is virtually in the driving seat of the country. Earlier Musharraf had a golden chance but he blatantly wasted 9 years and proved a grand failure for the country by not doing what he was supposed to do mainly due to his selfish ambitions. Now General Bajwa can do what Musharaff did not do.--Change the system.
Every body is fed up of this present system which is responsible for our miseries. Both Imran Khan and Nawaz Sharif have time and again mentioned their inclination towards a Presidential system, but remaining within the system they are helpless and unable to change it. The parliamentarians will never allow that, as every one is getting his share at the cost of the country. Gen Bajwa in league with the PM and CJ should device a suitable mechanism where presidential system is implemented suo moto. . It has to be a supra-parliamentary and quick fix decision.
In good faith it is best service to the nation to change the constitution in line with ground realities. I am taking the name of COAS, General Qamar Javed Bajwa, because in Pakistan, names are more relevant than institutions.

فوج کا کام نظام کو درست کرنا نہیں نظام کو چلانے میں حکومت کی مدد کرنا ہے. نظام کو درست کرنا عوام اور حکمرانوں کا کام ہے. فوج ماضی میں بھی کوشش کر چکی ہے. ہر مرتبہ ناکام رہی اور جمہوری غازیوں ان کی بدعنوانیوں پر جمہوری تسلسل نا ہونے کا پردہ ڈالنے کا موقع ملتا رہا. ملک میں جمہوری عمل تیرا سال سے جاری ہے اور جمہوری تسلسل نا ہونے کا رونا سننے میں نہیں آ رہا. فوج کی مداخلت بوسیدہ نظام سے مستفیض ہونے والوں کو ایک اور موقع فراہم کرے گی کے وہ سب کچھ جمہوری تسلسل روک دئیے جانے پر ڈال کر ان کا بدعنوان کھیل دوبارہ سے شروع کر سکیں​

اس لئے آقا کی کسی صورت ناراضگی قبول نہیں.

Joe Biden is the right person at this moment as even Gen Bajwa like his predecessors reporting USA administration.

You want to change the system then be ready that it can take decades to change
Put generals behind bars who broke constitution with guarantee if no future interference
Let the civilian system run and yes it will take many years but it will bring change
