it is not bhola pana. lower level employees do not have any requirement I think from class 4 employees and below.

At-least they are doing it without taking money, they are not selling jobs like in Sindh and Punjab.
And all those who have been hired are not GHOST EMPLOYEES!!

Bhaar mein jaye tum aur baqi sab punjabi jo noon league ko vote dety hain. Tum log aisay he sai ho. Kabhi kisi ki beti ka rape, to kabhi choty bachon ka rape, kabhi hamla ka stairs py bachay ko janam dena to kabhi rakshy mein. Tum logon ka zameer he murda hogaya hy. Yaad hy lahore mein aik choti bachi ky sath rape hua tha? Us ka kya bana? Kasur ki to baat he kuch aur hy.
