The boy will have hard time in getting US visa because US embassy and State Department will look at this marriage very suspiciously. Reason is the age-difference of 21 years between the boy and that woman. His immigrant visa application will stuck in Administrative Processing (AP) for many years.

I know few Pakistanis who married to Pakistani-American girls of their age but they had to wait for few years ( one to five) before their visa got approved and eventually they entered US.

For US and EU people age doesn't matter for marriage or love while the Pakistani people will get quite choosy specially about the companions. They want the holy spirit and very very paak daman adult bride ?
