١.- ہمیں بحیثیت مسلمان قران میں جو بھی غیر معمولی / معجزاتی واقعات بیان ہوئے ہیں ان پر یقین کرنا چاہئے ، قطع نظر اس کا کہ ہمارے محدود دماغ اسے قبول کرتے ہیں یا نہیں ، کیونکہ قرآن کریم اللہ تعالیٰ کا کلام ہے۔
٢.- دوسری طرف ، انسانوں کی لکھی ہوئی روایتیں ہیں جن کے بارے میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے منقول ہونے کا دعوی کیا جاتا ہے ہیں۔ لہذا محدثین کے ذریعہ جانچ پڑتال کے تابع ہیں۔ علم الرجال حدیث کی ایک اچھی طرح سے قائم سائنس ہے جو اس کی صداقت کے مطابق مختلف حدیثوں کو مختلف قسموں میں درجہ بندی کرتی ہے۔
٣.- زیر بحث حدیث میں ، مفصل ذکر اسلام کے اس روح سے مطابقت نہیں رکھتا جو ہمیں قرآن مجید سے ملتا ہے۔ مثال کے طور پر حرام چیز کا استعمال صرف جان بچانے کے معاملے میں ہی کیا جا سکتا ہے اور قرآن سے ہمیں یہ معلوم ہوا کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم رحمت العالمین تھے اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ایک انسانی زندگی کے بدلے قاتل کی جان لینے کا حکم تو دے سکتے تھے لیکن ہاتھ پاؤں کاٹنے جیسے کاموں کی اجازت نہیں دے سکتے تھے اور نہ ہی آنکھوں پر جلتی سلائی پھیرنا وغیرہ جیسے حدیث میں مذکور ہیں۔
٤.- بحث آگے بڑھانے کی خاطر اگر ہم یہ مان لیتے ہیں کہ بدوؤں کو اونٹ کا پیشاب اور دودھ پینے کو کہا گیا تھا تو ، ان کی جان بچانے کے لئے آخری تجویز ہی سمجھا جاسکتا ہے۔ بعد میں مسلم ادب میں کہیں بھی اس بیماری کو ٹھیک کرنے کے لئے یہ علاج کبھی تجویز نہیں کیا گیا ۔
٥.- مغربی ادویہ سازی کے ذریعہ گٹھیا athritis کے علاج کے لئے جو بھی ناپاک اجزاء استعمال کئے جارہے ہیں وہ خود بخود مسلمانوں کو athritis کے علاج کے لیے نہیں دی جا سکتی جبکہ اسی بیماری کے علاج کے لئے دوسری بہت سی دوائیں دستیاب ہوں ۔
٦.- اس یا اس طرح کی چند دوسری احادیث کی وجہ سے تمام ذخیرہ حدیث کا انکار نہیں کیا جا سکتا جو کہ محدثین کی انتھک کاوش اور حتہ المقدور جانچ کے بعد رقم کی گئیں ۔ ہمیں احادیث کو قرآن کی روشنی میں جانچنے اور قرآن اور اسلام کی روح سے مطابقت تلاش کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
