According to the Indictment filed in Manhattan federal court, evidence presented at trial, and statements made at the sentencing proceeding:

On July 17, 2008, SIDDIQUI was detained by Afghan authorities, who found a number of items in her possession, including handwritten notes that referred to a "mass casualty attack" and that listed various locations in the United States, including Plum Island, the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, and the Brooklyn Bridge. Other notes in SIDDIQUI's possession referred to the construction of "dirty bombs," and discussed various ways to attack "enemies," including by destroying reconnaissance drones, using underwater bombs, and deploying gliders.

The next day, on July 18, 2008, a team of U.S. servicemen and law enforcement officers, and others assisting them, attempted to interview SIDDIQUI in Ghazni, Afghanistan, where she had been detained by local police the day before. The U.S. interview team included, among others: three officers and employees of the U.S. Army; two officers and employees of the Federal Bureau of Investigation; and two U.S. Army contract interpreters.

The interview of SIDDIQUI was to take place at an Afghan police compound in Ghazni. In a second-floor meeting room at the compound—where SIDDIQUI was being held, unbeknownst to the U.S. interview team, unsecured, behind a curtain—SIDDIQUI grabbed a U.S. Army officer's M-4 rifle and fired it at another U.S. Army officer and other members of the U.S. interview team. During the shooting, SIDDIQUI exclaimed her intent and desire to kill Americans.

SIDDIQUI then assaulted one of the U.S. Army interpreters, as he attempted to obtain the M-4 rifle from her. SIDDIQUI subsequently assaulted one of the FBI agents and one of the U.S. Army officers, as they attempted to subdue her.

The evidence at trial showed that, while a student in Boston, Massachusetts, SIDDIQUI had undertaken training and instruction on the handling and shooting of firearms.

First of all she was tested and declared mentally competent. Second of all, she was charged for shooting inside a Police station in Ghazni. She wasn't charged for all the other elements that you are mentioning. And it wasn't One Judge who found her guilty, it was a jury.
Yes, she, as a 90 pound frail woman was charges with snatching the gun from the policeman and trying to shoot him.... james Bond like.... basically, it was the Bristish reporter (who became muslim later) who found her locked in afghan prison .... she was there for 5 years at least.

Snatched? I don't think you know the specifics of the case. The Rifle was on the floor in front of a curtain. Unbeknownst to the Americans was that there was Afia Siddiqui behind the curtain. The officer sat on a chair in front of the curtain and put his rifle down. She slid her hand under the curtain and took the rifle and pointed it at the guy's head. The Translator lunged at her and she opened fire.

The court was lenient that they dropped all terrorism charges, even though they had lot of evidence. The Jury said the assault was not premeditated. But Afia being the MIT graduate she was in her awesome intelligence kept doing contempt of court and screwing up her defense again and again with her stupid outbursts. The Court of law is not a place for outbursts. She screwed up her defense by her own hands. Her attorneys were asking for 12 years. Instead she managed to get 86 years. I think this will be the last time she will decide on representing her ownself in court. :P

PM Imran Khan can trade Shakeel Afridi or Asia Bibi for Dr. Afia. I think it will be a fair trade.

You are talking the US court case as things presented by CIA.
Here are the facts, and i was in Lahore at the time in early 2002 when CNN announced her name as part of the wanted Group. Couple of days later, she left her home in karachi via taxi with her 3 children trying to catch a flight to Islamabad. On the way , they were intercepted by agencies and thier family never heard from them for years. At the time Nawai-waqt reported this whole episode. Musharaf Govt won't disclose anything.
Years later, the British Reporter Yevonne Redley held a press conference with Imran Khan , stating that she had visited many afghan prisons and had heard shouts from a kind of mad woman in one prison and she suspects it is Dr Afia. Within a week of this press conference, CIA claimed that they arrested her outside an Afghan police station , where she was trying to do some harm. later the story was built around what you stated, that she took the rifle and all the crap. (Basically, once it was known that she is there, CIA decided to bring her in the open.)
Question is where was she from 2002 to 2007... till her capture in Kabul, Answer is she was in afghan prison, handed over by Musharaf to CIA.

How is that relevant to her conviction? What difference does it make if Afia Siddiqui was mowing whitehouse lawns between 2002 to 2007 till her capture? I mean sure from a Pakistani government standpoint it might be interesting to know what she was up to. But from the charge she was convicted of, it hardly has any bearing on her innocence.

American Jews want to use Afia Siddiqui ( possible Ex CIA operative) to get the Jewish/Qadiani agent (Imran Beggar Niazi) to free Shakil Afridi and Asia Bibi.
Why all of a sudden Afia woke up?
Why American Jews became so kind at once?

She is kept at the Bagram airbase.

The possible MI5 agent, Yvonne Ridley uses her 6th sense and discovers Afia.

She approaches no one in Pakistan but this filthy Jewish agent Imran Beggar Niazi to play Afia Afia.

Now this Jewish and Qadiani operative imran beggar Niazi is the pm of Pakistan and the dubious Afia game has started once again.

It is relevant, because if it is proven that she was rotting in an afghan prison then the whole charge against her proves to be bogus. These are all framed trumped up charges... their own witnesses etc... What matters is that she was abducted in 2002 with her children. Later one of her boys was handed over to her sister in Karachi... After Boston blasts ,one of the friends of the brothers was also shot dead by FBI during a so called investigation in texas.. Two of the agents went out to smoke and the third shot him , later claiming that this guy tried to reach for my gun so i did in self defense. Even american newspapers termed it very sketchy and shady the whole incident.

You got to look at it from her character sketch as well. Her prior husband has said many times this woman is Jihad crazy. She wanted the whole family to up and goto Bosnia to fight wars. That doesn't sound like a stable married woman to me. Then her marriage to famous terrorists is another dead give away. She's always displayed a propensity for such forms of Jihad and has been vocal about it as well. Just read her letter to Imran Khan. It is not beyond reason to say that she could've picked up this guy's rifle. So I tend to buy the story that she has done what she was charged with - And the jury also agreed. The ONLY injustice going on here is the length of the sentence. It should've been 12 years as the defense argued. But Dr. Afia Siddiqui in her great wisdom fired her defense team and managed to win herself 86 years. Well done.
