ISLAMABAD: The Panama Papers case decision was announced on Thursday with a split judgement of 3-2 apparently in favor of the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
The five-member bench which carried off the Panama case hearing on Thursday, will be terminated after the formation of Joint Investigation Team, according to latest reports.
Reports say that a new bench will be formed for the second hearing of the case. However, judges who gave a dissenting note in the case will apparently not be a part of the new bench. JIT will present its first investigative report to the new bench.
Supreme Court on Thursday, ordered for the formation of a JIT to further investigate the Panama case. The joint investigation team will consist of National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), State Bank of Pakistan, Inter-Services Intelligence and Military Intelligence and will be headed by a director-general level FIA officer.

ops your right, i mixed up, this is not good news, they should be in the others out
actually dissenting judges have already made their decision. It is the other 3 judges that need more investigations.
However, I have said all along nothing will come out of this case. Punjabi mafia has taken over all state institutions and they will never disqualify a punjabi PM. People say what about yusuf raza - my answer is he was siraki.
even in this bench there were 5 judges. The 2 that went were disqualification were khosa and afzal who are siraki and mahajri respectively. The other 3 judges that wanted JIT are from rawalpindi, muree and mansehra (all pmln strongholds) so you can imagine their thought process.
