I disagree. According to the above video, PM Imran Khan called FIA and mentioned his displeasure on Dr Masood being handcuffed. Nobody from FIA informed PM that he has to be handcuffed because it is a law. Otherwise NaimulHaq would have mentioned it.
How would have Imran Khan felt seeing Dr Shahid Masood handcuffed after he told them not to handcuff him ?
