They have added a number of people who died in everywhere else except hospitals in the UK during the month of April. For example, people died in Care homes and etc.

No man. The actual figure is around 750. Govt were not counting people died in care homes and old age houses. Which were around 3500 from the start. So when they added them up, it made over 4400 death in a day.
