I have a question. someone told me If someone would like to bring more than one cell phone they have to pay 35% tax ? and only one phone allowed?

The guy has a question and if people cant answer, better to remain shut! We work our ass off abroad, for our families, for their dreams, for our dreams and do it all legally, so our concerns should be addressed too!! If some asshole smugglers r still abusing better to catch them instead of creating problems for 1000s of overseas pakistanis, but again things will never get better at the airports!

Yes only 1 set is allowed for free then next set is taxable to 35%, mind you for every iphone custom officer calculates Rs 50k tax , even old sets as they consider retail cost at release time!
My relative paid Rs 85k duty on brand new IPhone 8 ?
check the price list in USD and calculate 35% duty ???

Because u dont pay taxes twice, we already paid 19% VAT from where we bought that phone in the first place, then for the same thing again we have to pay, its illogical!!!
