I think about shias you do not have all the knowledge , there are a couple sects like nusairia and another one that claim divinity for hazrat ali and they are even deemed non muslims by shia themselves and they are not found in pakistan. Apart from that they are mostly against the three khulafae rashideen.

In case of qadiyanis, they are hanafis but not muslims and their jhoota nabi is the one who was gustakhe Allah and anbia. Read some of his work. So he gets a lot of stick here.

Allah ka inkar gustakhi nahin hai aur anbia ko anbia na maanna gustakhi nahin hai werna to her non muslim gustakh ho , albatta Allah ko ghalat naamon se bulana aur anbia ke baare mein ghalat baaten kerna gustakhi ke zumre mein aata he.

You went halfway and stopped. There is NO CONCEPT of ghustakhi or blasphemy in Islam. Muslim or non Muslim. The Quran is very clear about this, It says do not ridicule their god or religion because in return they might ridicule yours and stops there. Doesn't say that if they do, go and kill them.

YOU or I or any constitution does not decide who is Muslim or not, if it does and is law then like I always say it should be across the board and not selective. Then Qaidianis, Shias, Brelvis, Deobandis etc etc would all come under this.

What Qadianis believe in is their problem. State has no business to give certificates who is true Muslim and who is Kafir
