There is no country in the world which allows their serious criminals to leave the country on the basis of health ground.
If a prisoner is seriously ill then he is taken to a hospital in the same country under police custody and a police man stays outside the hospital room all the time to guard the room. This precedence will empty our prison from criminals . This action of PTI government will not be supported by PTI supporters except of course by Siddique Jaan.

If PTI government is helpless in Nawaz’s case due to pressures from Judiciary, Media, and Army, then why doesn’t the government submits hundreds or thousands of applications on behalf of ill-prisoners to the courts of law? That will be a unique way of protest from PTI and will also be a proof that government treats all prisoners equal. It will also fully expose courts and media if they don’t support the bail of poor criminals.
