Its not a failure of Pakistans diplomacy relations are at a all time high. Just because we are friends with doesn't mean we can dictate who they can be friends with and who they should be enemies with? Just like they can't do the same with us.
UAE and Saudi wanted Pakistan to join their war with Yemen, but we refused, they are also not happy with our relations with Iran and Qatar. But none of this made them our enemy. In politics and international diplomacy their are no friends and enemies.
Like it or not, the trade and FDI between India and the GCC is in billions. Only a fool would expect anyone to give that up over something like this.

Business interests are way too deep. Mideastern countries have never spoken up regarding Kashmir in the last 70 years. Difficult to think they would do so now.
