​well I do not agree with your assessment. When Enron went Bankrupt and their hoax came out nobody said where was CIA or FBI when this was happening? Agencies cannot be in every bedroom or board room otherwise people will complain of NO privacy.

Dear Again, I am not illiterate people who don't understand this tracert command. I have at least done CCNA Cisco Certification. This does not in any way prove that university are entity of AXACT. These university are using AXACT software which AXACT don,t Deny. So there Tracert command is showing same server.

Also, you are engaging in diversion. Walsh wrote for the New York Times.
NYT is one of the most influential newspapers in the US. Those who disagree with NYT reporting, sue the paper for millions.

In Pakistan, we are so used to rubbish and tabloid-like reporting, we forget what actual journalism is. When did Pakistani journalists report from drone areas? How many investigative reports are published by Pak journalists? How many universities teach journalism?

This is something that should've been exposed by a Pakistani newspaper.
