Can anyone tell me when first time in history tax was established and by which country?

lets understand this and then we will understand tax is nothing but systematically keep their people impoverish as well as threaten them by saying you are a thief because you don't pay tax.

Please also explain which Muslims country/estate/government before 1920 imposed tax on their population?

Not paying zakat is not a crime but not paying tax is a crime.... great people great thinking...!

Its not a good decision.
On transaction of less than 50k there was no tax. Already you pay tax on income, sales purchase, so tax on small amounts is useless.

Logon ki mehnat ki kamai in politicians k baap ka maal hy Kya. This is just organized mafia. They take loans to have this huge government so they can protect themselves from common man who are choking to death because they can't even afford food , They Live lavish lives and enjoy power and tell people to wait and a miracle will happen soon. And people who get sick of waiting are called shidat pasand. In reality entire population becomes tired of this endless exploitation. Then these so called peacemakers come down hard on common people .
