Well there are v few people who cross the colonel point, majority of the army is below that rank so you can’t generalize the wishkey culture to the entire army.
And Also for the war and fighting purpose, seniors officers don’t really fight, they make strategies. Anyways the point is that we should worry abt modernizing pak army instead of talking abt their religiousness.
