In my views to make PAF and Pak Navy professional must be brought under command of Pak Army. We are unable to groom one Chief of either Airforce or Navy patriotic to Pakistan like we created in Pak Army like Gen Ayub, Gen Yahaya, Gen Zia and last one was Gen Musharraf. We know ISPR is for all three forces but PAF and Pak Navy are just wasting time and money so only Army must be given command of ISPR.
