Just googled Abid Boxer and Nargis. Result was a Dawn news link from 2002 that started like this.
Stage and film actress Nargis was beaten black and blue allegedly by dismissed police inspector Abid Boxer on Wednesday night.

The former inspector, known for killing many alleged criminals in several fake police encounters during Shahbaz Sharif’s reign in the Punjab, reportedly tortured Nargis for several hours. He allegedly cut her hair with a knife and shaved of her eye-brows.

The part about beating Nargis was 'alleged', whereas the part about killing alleged criminals was 'known'. Please advise further.
