I got this advice from auditors who audit bank and their connection within banks. The best thing is not to let your account dormant as this give leads to such crooks in bank to do embezzlement in such bank accounts. Keep using bank account through online means and keep changing its credentials

There is no FDIC in Pakistan. Also most of the banks are owned by rich looter families in Pakistan.

MCB is owned by their puppet Mansha
Islami is owned by Mifta Ismaeel
UBL is owned by Lakhanis
Summit was owned indirectly by Zardaris

Almost all banks are owned by corrupts. They take money from regular Pakistanis and then use it all in their other businesses. No loans for youth or common citizens at all.

Situation about banks is very bad. During Z.A. Bhutto Bank's were mafias like this and that is the reason he nationalized all of them. Then they all cried and made sure the he gets hanged.
