"We think it's a nice-looking wicket, don't think it will change much," says Aaron Finch. Is that the big first moment? Australia are unchanged.

"We are trying to put runs on the board," says Babar Azam. "It's an honour for me and we are trying to play good cricket. UAE is our backyard so we know conditions very well." Pakistan are unchanged as well.

Hopefully a blessing in disguise (InshaAllah)... chasing under pressure is not so easy. I remember champions trophy final where we had also lost the toss.

First 4 of the match
Starc to Babar Azam, FOUR runs
Poor line, outside leg stump, Babar is able to catch up with it and flick to fine leg...147kph, but off target

Hazlewood to Babar Azam, FOUR runs
Goes fuller and that's put away in style, gets forward and strokes a cover drive through the infield. Went with the swing. Lovely

First 6 of the match
Hazlewood to Rizwan, SIX runs
Fantastic stroke! Back of a length, straight, Rizwan latches on with a front foot pull backward of square

Zampa to Babar Azam, OUT
Taken at long-on! That's reward for a superb over from Zampa. Tossed up at the stumps, he goes for the slog sweep and it's easily taken at a reasonably wide long-on

After 14 overs
Pakistan 106/1

Hazlewood to Rizwan, 1 run
Wide yorker, reaches out and stabs it to deep point to bring up his third fifty of the tournament. What a year this has been for him, but he'd want to finish this innings off with some serious acceleration. 41 balls to get to the landmark

Hazlewood to Rizwan, SIX runs
Bang. That's a proper slog, and Hazlewood landed this right in the slot for that sort of slog. Slower delivery, but not that much slower, and on a length just outside off. Plenty of room to free his arms and swing across the line to clear the forward square leg boundary

Starc to Rizwan, OUT
Wide line again, but not quite the yorker. But the line pulls Rizwan out of shape as he tries to hit this over mid-off. Doesn't middle it at all, and he ends up hitting a balloony catch straight to the fielder

161 for 3 in 19 overs. Let's hope Pakistan gets at least 15-20 runs in the last over. Anything close to 180 is going to be a tough total to chase for any team.
