Musharaf was president in 2007 and he signed the summary moved by then PM Shaukat aziz. There was a civil Govt working at that time and as per rules Musharaf acted upon advise of PM so don't twist the facts. If they want to punish him then start from 1999 when he broke the law and also include all those bastard politicians and judges who licked his boots at that time and supported his actions!
Who told you that nigger? If it was so simple that elected Prime Minister move the summary and emergency was held then why Musharf got death penalty. Get you figured straight man. Musharaf broke the constitution in 1999 as well but that time courts justified his actions and gave him three years. The major problem was in 2007 that Musharaf as a Army Chief was no eligible to be a presidential candidate that is why he imposed emergency. If you desire to run cases against others as well then sure go ahead but remember in this case that time's cour commanders will go in jail then.
What is constitution? Anything approved by 2/3 majority of parliament and senate later. Musharraf was almost backed unanimously. Everything he done was seconded by parliament. Imagine God forbids Indian Army taking control of Pakistan, will you be asking same question? Our army saved us from own monsters. Constitution provides equal rights to its citizens, if politicians take benefit from system and often give benefit to only those who give them vote and ignore those who didn't vote them this is also breaking constitution. Why no media or political party talked about it. It was emergency and few judges were suspended but when more judges were suspended by Ch. Ïftìkhar.. Why constitution doesn't cry?
Why on earth india will take over Pakistan. We the people of Pakistan pay for keeping an army .We Simply telling them to do their job only and not to take over political affairs . You must be comming from a house with few principles for everyone in your house e,g meal times , study times for kids , elder telling to keep prayers in order etc etc . Constitution is same for a country but it has been insulted many times and country gone through jungle era. If you blame politicians then go back and check out , almost every government is selected, again interference! And what you can expect from selected people ? . Any how Raheel sharif and Gen Bajwa brought good name and fame to army and it should be kept like it .
Paying, they are not security guards on pay. Have you seen veterans day in US? Nations respect their heroes. How many countries have survived just because they had army? They are not watchman sitting outside your main gate, that they can't interfere internal matters. Constitution is made this way political parties act on agenda of foreign powers then Army which has to defend us from external and internal threats both. They have to act. Even the security guard sitting outside door if sincere won't let family members steal from house and sell it outside. They are our guards but brothers too so how come they can let anyone ruin us?
