https://twitter.com/x/status/1511872518772174853

SC must not interfere in speaker’s ruling. Parliament is supreme. Thugs of PDM know that they are traitors and IK will eliminate them in next elections if elections are held free and fair

That is non-sense. This was not parliament's decision, but a ruling by the deputy speaker. If this ruling is upheld then no PM could ever be kicked out through NCM ever. They will get a ruling from their own speaker and bulldoze the majority. If some speaker turns up and gives ruling that Islam is no more Pakistan's State Deen (religion), will that be accepted. Or if a speaker gives ruling that he/she is the PM, how will that work? Article 69 does not give speaker divine or unlimited authority. They have to follow the constitution.

No Confidence requires solid reasons. "MEHNGAI" is not that reason, hence rejected.
Reasons included , any action which is against the sovereignty of state etc.

Your concerns are invalid

Your example is wrong and irrelevant.
The Speaker's rulings pertain only to the procedures and running of affairs on the floor - and not outside the floor.
The Speaker cannot make or order any law through his rulings. Speaker's ruling has no jurisdiction beyond the procedures/conduct and not outside the parliament.
For example, in his ruling the speaker has asked for more investigations but the government is not bounded by his/her rulings. For the government it is a only a scrap of paper
The separation of powers is for either side.

The parliament acts outside only through legislations and budget + seeking information especially relating when money/budget is spent (although recently parliament has tried to go beyond its mandate, by ordering government or calling and commenting on legal affairs' which is wrong.

What was the reason against BB and Shokat Aziz?? Were they declared as acting against the State or something?? Absolutely not. Inflation is not the only reason, the government is corrupt and incompetent to the extreme. Though NCM does not require any reason. Its simple if the PM loses majority, then this option can be adopted.
