Platelets can not drop out of the blue like this. Niazi and Faujis are most probably poisoning Mian Sahib in jail and both Niazi and Faujis shall face the consequences if anything happens to Mian Sahib

Why would some one try to kill him for being blamed for nothing besides getting deprived from credit of recovering looted money from thief?

However, Mrs. Safdar Awan might do that to take political edge for revival of list political importance while saving the looted money under garb of her father’s death in prison by making hue n cry that “ 3 bar ka muntakhib PM kissi kuttay ki trah maar diya giya”

75000 platelet count is NOT critical. Critical levels are below under 10000.
150000 and up is normal range.
The big question is WHY ONLY platelets are low? What other blood constituents are low or high?
What is the spleen size? How his liver? Check for Hep.C, HIV.

Give me a good reason as to why would the platelets of a person drop to 16K while he is not suffering from any liver condition or hemorrhagic fever like Dengue etc. 16K is almost critically low and he needs a platelet transfusion. The issue of Begum Kalsoom was entirely different. She was suffering from a chronic disease and Niazi had nothing to do with that

Give him a platelet transfusion what's the big deal here? Oh Nawaz Sharif did not make a single hospital where the royal family could be treated! Pakistan say bahir to yeh haram khor naheen jai ga In sha Allah.
First either it is critical OR it is not! there is no such thing as almost critical.
Two, 10,000 and below is critical, under 50,000 is serious.
MOST important get his Hep. C and HIV tests.

NOW you tell me WHICH illnesses target platelets only? WHICH poison targets one cell only?
Autoimmune illnesses can target one cell population and those are not passed through slow poisoning. They can manifest over time with antigen exposure, or defense mechanisms bungling up.
