ذرائع کے مطابق پی ٹی آئی میڈیا سیل کے ان 6 افراد کی تعیناتی ایم پی ٹو اور تھری اسکیل میں ہوگی اور انہیں بغیرکسی مقابلےکا امتحان دیے صرف انٹرویو کی بنیاد پر ڈیجیٹل میڈیا ونگ میں بھاری تنخواہوں پر رکھا گیا ہے۔

عمران غزالی ایم پی ٹو تعینات کیے گئے ہیں اور ان کا عہدہ گریڈ21 کے مساوی ہوگا جب کہ ایم پی تھری میں تعینات ہونے والوں میں عثمان بن ظہیر، مزمل حسن، شہبازخان، نعیم احمد یاسین اور سعیدہ دھنک ہاشمی شامل ہیں۔

ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ یہ تمام افراد پی ٹی آئی کا سوشل میڈیا سیل چلا رہے تھے اور ان تمام افراد نے عام انتخابات 2013ء اور 2018ء میں پی ٹی آئی کا بیانیہ سوشل میڈیا پرپیش کیا۔

دوسری جانب وزارت اطلاعات کا کہنا ہے کہ ڈیجیٹل میڈیا ونگ کی منظوری دسمبر 2019ء میں وزیراعظم نے دی تھی جب کہ بھرتیوں کےطریقہ کارکی منظوری وزیراعظم نے اپریل 2020 ءمیں دی، متعلقہ ملازمتوں کے لیے اشتہار کے بعد بھرتیاں کی گئی ہیں۔

وزارت اطلاعات کے مطابق جنرل مینجرکے لیے 76 اور ڈیجیٹل میڈیا کنسلٹنٹ کے لیے67 درخواستیں موصول ہوئیں، بھرتیاں اسپیشل سلیکشن بورڈ نےانٹرویوز کے بعد کی ہیں اور منتخب افرادکی سمری کی وزیراعظم نے20 جولائی کومنظوری دی ہے۔

MP Pay Scale: Special Pay Packages Known as MP (Management Position)

In the recent years, special pay package was introduced for Head of Organization or Project Heads; known as Management Position or MP Scales. The basic purpose of these scales was to hire technically qualified persons as Head of certain Departments and Projects on contract basis so their performance shall remain upto the mark. The other purpose was to attract the private experts by giving market based salaries.

These scales were revised in 2017. MP Scales are usually revised as the Revision of Basic Pay Scales takes place.


Types of MP Scales

There are three types of MP Scales known as MP-I, MP-II &; MP-III.

MP-I Scales has more salary and privileges. The minimum salary in MP-I scale is Rs.95,910/- plus the benefits such as vehicle & petrol, TA/DA as of BS-21 officer and other extended facilities.

MP-II Scales has less salary and privileges than MP-I. The minimum salary in MP-I scale is Rs.77,440/- plus the benefits such as vehicle & petrol, TA/DA as of BS-20 officer and other extended facilities.

MP-III Scales has less salary and privileges than MP-II & MP-III. Till 2018, the minimum salary in MP-I scale is Rs.65,060/- plus the benefits such as vehicle & petrol, TA/DA as of BS-19 officer and other extended facilities.


How to Calculate Salary
Let suppose you have been appointed an Officer in Grade 17 and posted in Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore, the following wages are admissible to you:

He has been involved with PTI Web team since 2007, and played a central role to recruit, train and organize hundreds of volunteers. He was appointed as Head of Social Media for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf during 2013 elections, where he built the team structure, initiated, planned, strategized and executed the digital campaign - which is still termed as the most successful social media campaign in Pakistan’s political history.

After the 2013 elections, he was appointed as the Head of PTI Social Media Operations, where he organized and coordinated with over 300 team members across Pakistan. He played a strategic and advisory role as he got over 30 PTI Pages verified on Facebook and Twitter including top leadership accounts, which later on helped the party in 2018 elections.

In the past he also headed the Pakistani American Students Association and turned it into the best student organization at The Ohio State University.
