Such things are happening due to poor law and order..........and management of cases on local basis.........Whole breed in villages and far areas is brought up under this sultan rahi culture.........On top of it, internet has provided access to dirty material...........Mobile phones have become carriers for such materials............
When culture is being surfaced with worst examples, then there is need to worry............See why bannun, loralai and mianwali famous............Nothing is being done to bring healthy culture.............Yes parent can control but they have their limits.........You sit any dhaba and do analysis of language being used...........
