We can make dozens of stories and speculate forever.
This journalist may be right (o may be wrong) -- but he has been claiming for days about the tests of Nawaz Shareef in London and giving exact counts - but to the best of available information, he is lying. First the reports from London are that Nawaz Shereef didn't had tests on the date he is claiming (it is not too hard to know that) and further there is no manner he can get information about the counts of platelets. At least about the exact counts of platelets he is lying. (And it is not the first time he has given false information - many of his stories are half-cooked and bad journalism - his claims of doing research is funny. He has been (intentionally)used as a tool of other propagandists - he is like a refined version of Dr. shahid)
I have been convinced from of the day one when this story began, the manner in which his platelets were fluctuating and were nor controlled by the normal therapy, and even if there was twenty percent chance of his his death in such circumstances -- Pakistan (not just the government) could't afford it. It would have instantly become a case of poison and murder of an ex-prime minister under trial (his apeals are in the courts. IMO it was the best to get rid of this situation and whoever .. IK, the cabinet or if you like to say military who were the first to be blamed for his death or murder, acted in the good faith and judgment - we had to take this bitter pill for the interest of the country. All the rest is the usual party politics which will continue for some more years.
Even if Nawaz Shareef had managed and staged this drama (or fact) with whosoever help, he will face his end, I have trust that justice will uphold.
