وزیراعظم نے وزرا کو کیوں باہر جانے سے روکا؟فواد چودھری نے بتا دیا

وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات و نشریات فواد چوہدری نے واضح کر دیا کہ وزیراعظم نے اخراجات میں کمی کی وجہ سے وزرا کو بیرون ملک جانے سے روکا ہے۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق وفاقی وزیر نے نجی نیوز چینل کے پروگرام ندیم ملک لائیو میں گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ فنانس بل حتمی مراحل میں ہے آئندہ ایک سے ڈیڑھ ہفتے تک اسمبلی میں پیش کر دیا جائے گا۔

وفاقی وزیر نے مزید بتایا کہ منی بجٹ (فنانس بل) پر کام ہو رہا ہے اسمبلی میں منظوری کے لئے پیش کیا جائے گا جس کے بعد آئی ایم ایف کی چند شرائط پوری کرنے کے بعد بورڈ میٹنگ میں پیش کیا جائے گا۔

وزیراعظم کی جانب سے وزرا کو بیرون ملک جانے سے روکنے پر بات کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ وزیراعظم نے اخراجات میں کمی کی وجہ سے وزرا کو باہر جانے سے روکا ہے، اس سے پہلے بھی وزیراعظم اخراجات کم کرنے کے حوالے سے ہدایت کرتے رہے ہیں۔

واضح رہے کہ آج وفاقی کابینہ کا اہم اجلاس ہوا جس میں وزیراعظم عمران خان نے وزرا کو ملک سے باہر جانے سے روک دیا۔

وزیراعظم نے وزرا سے کہا کہ حکومت کو مختلف چیلنجز کا سامنا ہے، اگلے تین چارماہ معاشی معاملات کیلئے اہم ہیں، وزیراعظم نے وزرا کو ہدایت کی کہ اپنی اپنی وزارتوں میں رہیں۔

It is not a political comment but let it be any govt Pak's financial woes have swelled up to an extent where even a decade would not be enough to repair it. The Debt to GDP ratio is tilted towards debt. in the absence of IMF program, two times helps from Saudia Arabia and one time help from China Pak would have defaulted long before. Sadly the default is inevitable now, and is only a matter of time. In my opinion if Pak announces bankruptcy it would be a better strategy. The upside of declaring bankruptcy is erasing/foregoing of all loans/debts/other financial obligations and this will make Pakistan debt free. The downside however, is Pak will not be able to secure any loans for more than 7 years and that will be good in a way too that our rulers and nation will have to survive on our own limited resources. But we will definitely learn how to meet both ends without any foreign help.
