Khan sab this area is not far from where you live. This city admin is a total collapse. There is no traffic management. Its a total kiosk. Thus incident primarily happened due to absence of traffic police in place.
Even motorway police is screwed up they let cars without rail lights go on motorway. Khan saab islamabad can be made an example of administration excellence don't lose this opportunity
