Rao Anwar was given shelter in islamabad by agencies at a safe house. Agencies protocol officer even seen in the CCTV footage of FIA immigration counter helping Rao Anwar.
Its only when CJ threaten to bring protocol officer who helped Rao anwar then agencies let him come out of his rabbit hole.

According to sources, the video footages from Karachi and Islamabad airports that show the officer accompanying Rao Anwar to the lounge of the airport was shared with Karachi Police on 16th February.
The said official helped Rao Anwar get his boarding pass from the international airline counter and for two hours struggled to make him receive immigration clearance. These attempts were made unsuccessful by Federal Investigative Agency (FIA) which later was rewarded for this by Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal.

I think ye sirf agenda le k atey hain vo phelana inka kaam hota hey, its not their genuine view. Tbhi inkey paas koi jawab nai hota. Inka kam sirf propaganda phelana hey.
