It is about time. I would say just fire them all and hire new well trained and educated men and women from the army.I believe in the old saying that you can lead a horse to water but never make him drink it. These old horses will never change.

Gun culture need to be finished in Pakistan any way. No body should have any gun except swat teams of police or army. Period.
