Is court going to shut those bazaars.

Don't get why court is commenting on a non-issue for cheap popularity. It should focus only if something is against the approved plan or bye-law.
Further court has a limited jurisdiction on military lands and in all matters of defense. This protection is constitutional with very valid reasons. In the matters of defense even administration has limited powers.
Courts should be diligent when judges make comments about such constitutional issues but many judges play for cheap popularity.

Nope ..it's not a tantrum. Point is simple. Every institution needs to self correct. Only thing we see in Pakistan is finger pointing at others.

Army isn't clean, but they have a viable accountability process, much better than what other institutions have.

That relates to ensure food supplies, production and storage. agri-farms or incorporated food supply chain. Food. storage and commodity supply are essential part of defense and forces do rely upon markets for such commodities. Further forces maintain an apt engineering capacity and organization to be used in time of war and beyond. Forces do not rely upon civilian engineering organizations.

The judges have raised the question of services/businesses in the cantonments which are residential as well. There will be commercial activity of cantonments. What happens in cantonments is a different issue.

ایک مقروض ملک جس میں سپریم کورٹ کا ایک جج ماہانہ تنخواہ اور مراعات کی مد میں کم و بیش 25 لاکھ روپے وصول کرتا ہے کونسی ایسی مشقت کرتا ہےکہ اسے تنخواہ اور مراعات سمیت 3 مہینے گھر بیٹھ کے آرام کرنا ہے۔ تعلیمی اداروں میں گرمیوں کی 2 سے ڈھائی ماہ چھٹیاں دینے کا مقصد تو سمجھ میں آتا ھے کہ بچوں کو گرمی کی شدت سے بچایا جائے۔ لیکن سپریم کورٹ اور ہائی کورٹ کے جج صاحبان ایئر کنڈیشنڈ گھروں سے ایئر کنڈیشنڈ گاڑیوں میں بیٹھ کر ایئرکنڈیشنڈ عدالتوں میں بیٹھتے ہیں۔ پاکستان میں زیر التوا مقدمات کی تعداد لاکھوں میں ہے۔ سائلین برسوں اپنے کیس کی سماعت کا انتظار کرتے ہیں۔فراہمی انصاف میں پاکستان کو دنیا میں 118 ویں نمبر پہ لانے والے ان معزز جج صاحبان سے نہ حکومت سوال کر سکتی ہے نہ عوام۔ پہلی بات تو اعلیٰ عدلیہ سمیت ضلعی عدالتوں کے جج کوئی جسمانی مشقت نہیں کرتے کہ انہیں 3-3 ماہ کی چھٹیاں اور چھٹیوں کے دوران لاکھوں روپے ماہانہ قومی خزانہ سے ادا کئے جائیں۔دوسرا اگر سہل پسندی کی عادت نہیں جا سکتی تو 3 ماہ کی یہ چھٹیاں بغیر تنخواہ کے ہونی چاہییں۔ ایک غریب مقروض ملک میں جہاں لوگ بھوک سے خودکشیاں کررہے ہوں وہاں یہ عیاشی ناقابل فہم ہے۔ لیکن المیہ یہ ہے کہ ججز یا عدلیہ کے بارے جائز بات کریں تو بھی توہین عدالت کا ڈر رہتا ہے جسکی وجہ سے حکومتیں خاموش تماشائی بنی تماشا دیکھتی ہیں پھر پیسہ کونسا انکی جیب سے جانا ہے۔ کھال تو غریب آدمی کی اترنی ہے۔
