they should try some youngster, it is already bad that they never prepared anyone under Sarfraz who could take over. Shadab and hassan ali can be good prospects for limited overs cricket. For test cricket, they may have more options, not sure though that Azhar Ali is a right choice.

For heaven sake don't consider Imad Wasim as a captain his bowling ,Fielding's and battings are below a average his fitness is a other issue so please give a chance to Babar Azam or Abid Ali, Imad Wasim is worse then Shahid Afridi,one good innings and then 20 worse innings,Afridi was not batting alrounder but his Fielding's and bowling's keep him in the side ,Azhar Ali was not a good choice as a test captain Asad shafique would be a better choice.

Wise decision to remove sarfaraz. Babar Azam should be captain for tests and ODIs as his average in these two formats speeks for itself. And amir the fast bowler for T20. Imad Waseem still needs to lose 10kg to show intent to be T20 Captain.

I would humbily say that both the decisions are not good. Team needs a new look, a new strategy and fresh game plan/thinking. Azhar ali and babar, both are so conservative and it is hard to believe that they will think anything out of the box or innovative.
What Pakistan needs is a haulover, aggressive approach and fresh thinking, I would have groomed Shahdab/Hassan Ali or even Haris Sohail for limited overs captaincy. For tests, Imam or again Haris Sohail could have been better choices, if groomed properly.

o nai yaar aik batsman bacha hai kisi kaam ka usko bhi kaptani main laga do aur 2 maheenay baad wohi hashar hoga jo sarfraz ke saath huwa. Kam az kam T20 ke liye sarfraz theek tha aur baqi format ka pressure kam hota to aur behtar ho jata

They lack innovation, unfortunately. they could have utilized Faheem , Shahdab and Hassan Ali better in T20, alongside Asif/Fakhar. Only two players should be anchoring the innings, Babar and Haris, everyone else should be hitting out aroud these two. fearless cricket is today's buzz word and Pakistan needs to adopt it. In my opinion, Sarfraz does not even fit in limited overs team, specially T20. Better bring in some youngster in T20, who hits the ball hard.
