He got shot and not a single drop of blood even? Wah bhai wah yeh to ganjay ke number be lay gaya jo open heart surgery ker ke next day ghoom pir raha tha.

The location he is describing where he got shot, on his right ribcage you have to be one lucky summofabitch to survive. A bullet there will mostly likely puncture a lung, and shrapnel will cause havoc with many other major organs. He would be coughing up blood, barely able to breathe because of a collapsed lung and most probably unconscious choking on his own blood.
