Haqqanis belong to Zadran tribe.They are Pashtuns.They live in Khost,Paktia and Paktika provinces in eastern Afghanistan and parts of Waziristan.The bottom line is that they are Afghans.They are not foreigners so they have a stake in Afghanistan.At a press conference yesterday,Sleepy Joe (Biden) did not know the name of Australian PM with whom he is signing a defence pact.It is no big deal.
