یہ کیس ہے کیا اور اس میں حکومت کا کیا کردار ہے ؟ اسکو اس مثال سے سمجھیں کہ جسٹس فائز عیسیٰ نے فوج بارے اپنے فیصلوں میں کچھ ریمارکس دیے ،ان فیصلوں اور ریمارکس سے فوج کی شلوار آگے پیچھے سے گیلی ہو گئی ، فوج نے اپنی گندی شلوار نیازی کو پکڑا دی اور ڈنڈا دکھایا ، نیازی نے اس شلوار کو ؛لیکر اپنے سر پر باندھ لیا ، اسکے بعد فوج نے صدیق جان سے چمونوں کی وساطت سے قوم یوتھ کو مطمئن کرنے کی کوشش کی کہ یہ شلوار اصل میں عزت والی طرہ دار پگ ہے جسکے بعد قوم یوتھ نے منی ٹریل منی ٹریل کی بانگیں دینا شروع کردیں ، اب مسلہ یہ ہوا کہ وہ بدبودار شلوار نیازی نے انور منصور کے سر باندھ دی کہ جاو عدالت میں ثابت کرو کہ یہ چودھری والی پگ ہے ، وہ شلوار سر پر باندھ کر انور منصور عدالت میں ذلیل ہوا تو اس نے شلوار سر سے اتار کر نیازی کے سر پر واپس رکھ دی اور یہ قبیح کام کرنے سے انکار کر دیا
اب صورت حال یہ ہے کہ قوم یوتھ دبے دبے الفاظ میں منی ٹریل منی ٹریل کر رہی ہے ، فوج کی بدبودار شلوار نیازی کے سر بندھی ہے اور اس سے سڑاند اور بدبو کے بھبکے اٹھ رہے ہیں ، اب کسی اور نمونے کی تلاش ہے جو اس شلوار کو اپنے سر باندھ کر سپریم کورٹ چلا جاوے اور ثابت کرے کہ یہ در اصل چودھری والی پگ ہے
ہے تو یہ ذلت والا کام ، اگر کوئی مل بھی گیا جو پیسے کے لیے اس شلوار کو اپنے سر پر باندھ لے اس نے بھی آخر کار اسے اتار کر عمران نیازی کے سر پر واپس رکھنا ہے اور نیازی نے بلآخر عدالت میں ١٠٠ جوتے اور ١٠٠ پیاز ہی کھانے ہیں لہٰذا بہتر یہی ہے کہ یہ قبیح کام کرنے سے انکار کر دیا جاوے اور فوج کی شلوار اسکو واپس کر دی جاوے ، یہ شلوار چودھری والی پگ کبھی نہیں بن سکتی

I think Esa has done great. By dragging them in to court and finding out the ARU was behind their investigation . Now the issue is if ARU has any constitution formulation or was it created to witch hunt the opponents.

The question is why he is under pressure ? Because he wrote something about them which they didn't like . The most disappointing is the IK. His lack of abilities to control different fractions within the society is most disappointing . I though he was an educated oxford return and he would move the country in to the progressive and right direction . But he is end up selling chickens and cows in 2020. ?

Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar retires on January 16, 2019, after attaining the superannuation age of 65. After that, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa will come in to serve as top judge for almost 11 months. He will superannuate on December 20, 2019. Justice Gulzar Ahmed will be the next chief justice, who will hold the office for more than two years till February 2, 2022.

On his retirement, Justice Umar Ata Bandial will replace him to continue in the top position for some nineteen months till August 16, 2023.

Imran by giving extension to Bajwa has guaranteed his 5 yrs rule..........rest fate may ave different plans

Army is not all in all in the sense that each and every wish of them would be fulfilled , there is a limit to what they can do. It has nothing to do with Imran Khan but Qazi Faiz Essa is there to stay and he would not resign at any cost. If he had to , he would have done that long ago when a media campaign against him was launched by Army
